Dancing in the Rain
On a warm summer day
Playing ball with buddies
All night, no matter what
The consequences be…
Listening to the sounds of crickets
Playing a virtuoso
Butterflies flitting above
Kissing the blossoms
A gentle breeze brushes
My face
Like the hand of God
Saying, my child, good job
A day like this is celebrated
Greeted with a smile!
And when the sun is past the
Mount, and rest for it’s long and weary day
We grateful thank
Him for ALL
Things
Both grand and small
